Outpatient Therapy Services

Outpatient therapy is provided at 1403 Weatherly Plaza, Suite 102, Huntsville, AL 35803. Therapy modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD in adults, Brainspotting for complex trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for PTSD in children and adolescents, CBT-I for insomnia, CBT for chronic pain and chronic illness, Grief Counseling, Adoptions Counseling, and Conflict Resolution.  A targeted approach combining CBT with additional treatment interventions such as mindfulness or relaxation training may be utilized depending on your needs and preferences.
