Walk and Talk

Walk and Talk combines an empowerment approach with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help manage a variety of presenting problems. Walk and Talk is ideal for issues such as overcoming burnout, dealing with imposter syndrome, goal achievement, and improving overall health and well-being!
