Supervision and Consultation

Layla Niemann offers clinical supervision for LICSW/LCSW candidates in Alabama and Tennessee. Supervision is provided in individual and group formats and can be provided virtually. Clinical supervision is focused on the whole person and making the learning experience as enjoyable as it is effective! Fees for supervision are based on comparison to other local rates.

Consultation in areas of professional growth, workplace communication, increasing employee satisfaction, decreasing turnover, and managing employee burnout is also available.
