Sometimes we get an idea and we know it has to grow into something. Walk and Talk was one of those ideas for me, so I was humbled, excited, delighted when Valeria invited me to talk about it on her podcast, A Quest for Wellbeing! Valeria brilliantly calls her podcast interviews "healing conversations!" It certainly was for me!
